Santander – Getting Started Website
Challenge //
Santander wanted to create and online early engagement experience for new Santander checking and savings customers that would allow them to get up and running quickly with their new accounts.

Solution //
Create a user experience and visual design solution with a navigation system that addressed the customer feedback regarding what customers are looking for when they open new accounts. The main menu focused on action items such as setting up direct deposit, getting started with online banking, and functions that require action on the part of the account holder. The right hand navigation addresses more date driven questions such as when the customer will receive their debit card.
