Santander – Business Getting Starting Site
Challenge //
Create a online early engagement experience for new Santander Business Checking customers that would allow them to get up and running quickly with their new accounts.
Solution //
Create a user experience and visual design solution that addressed the customer feedback regarding what Business customers are looking for when they open new accounts. The home page modules focus on action items such as enrolling in online banking, receiving a debt card, and ordering Business Banking checks. Additional modules allow for easy access to useful information such as avoiding fees and funds availability.
